Sell.

Four steps, real timelines, a single contact. We only take on a mandate if the price holds.

  1. Step 1: On-site valuation

We come to see the property. We compare it with sales recorded in the land register, not with online listings. You receive a written price range within five days.

  2. Step 2: Sale file

Land register extract, PPE regulations, statement of charges, plans. We gather the documents before the first viewing. Photos and plans are at our expense.

  3. Step 3: Marketing and viewings

Listed across French-speaking Switzerland and sent to our buyer list, including expatriates and cross-border commuters. We attend every viewing.

  4. Step 4: Notarial deed

Negotiation, reservation, financing check, then signing at the notary. Allow eight to twelve weeks after the offer is accepted.

Documents we gather

Costs to plan for

Fees
