Sell.

Four steps, real timelines, a single contact. We only take on a mandate if the price holds.

  1. Step 1: On-site valuation

We come to see the property. We compare it with signed sales in the area, not with online listings. You receive a written price range within five days.

  2. Step 2: File and surveys

We order the mandatory surveys and gather the title deed, the minutes of owners’ meetings and the co-ownership rules. Photos and plans are at our expense.

  3. Step 3: Marketing and viewings

Listed on French and Swiss portals and sent to our cross-border buyers. We attend every viewing. You get a written report after each visit.

  4. Step 4: Contract and deed

Negotiation, preliminary contract at the notary, a ten-day cooling-off period, then the final deed about three months later.

Documents we gather

Title deed, surveys, minutes of owners’ meetings.

Costs to plan for

Fees
